Chambre sympa et vraiment propre... j’ai apprécié l’accueil de Valérie et sa transparence. En particulier j’ai aimé le fait qu’elle cherche à prendre des locataires qui ont grossomodo le même âge et style de vie pour que tout se passe bien! En faite on s’entendait bien avec les colocataires. Valérie a été très disponible du premier contact et m’a donné un grand coup de main en répondant à mes nombreuses questions!

Quelques données objectives: l'immeuble est situé en retrait de l'avenue dont il est séparé par un grand parking. La chambre n'est donc pas en bordure de route. Précisons qu'elle est dotée de doubles vitrages et que des générations d'étudiants y ont travaillé des journées entières sans

Really a comfortable place in such a good location, relatively central to pretty much everything. Valerie is great and very helpful whenever you have any questions or need anything. She tries to ensure that the people sharing the appartment with you are similar in age to you and that you all could get along. I have very much enjoyed staying with 3 different guys and had no problems. The view is actually quite nice and you can get some nice fresh air and light when you open the windows and shutters.Would definitely recommend it for a young working professional or a young person looking for somewhere to stay for a long holiday.
